Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to enrollment fees for Digitals Minds courses and training programs, paid through digitalsminds.com.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable

The enrollment fee is paid in full before your enrollment is confirmed. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable. This applies whether or not you attend the classes, and if you withdraw or are withdrawn from a program.

Before you pay

Please read the program page carefully before you apply and pay: the fee, the requirements, the format (live online classes), and the batch dates and class times. If anything is unclear, contact us before you pay.

If we cancel or postpone a batch

If Digitals Minds cancels or postpones a batch you have paid for, or a batch fills up before your payment is verified, we will offer you a place in another batch of the same program. Your fee carries over to that batch.

Payments we cannot verify

Your place is confirmed only after our team has checked that the full fee arrived in our account. If we cannot verify a payment, we will tell you why so you can correct the details. This is not a refund: if no money reached us, there is nothing to refund.

Payment mistakes

If you think you paid twice or paid the wrong amount by mistake, contact us with your application reference and the transaction details, and we will look into it.
