These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of digitalsminds.com, including applying for and enrolling in our courses and training programs, and your student account. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

Digitals Minds offers business growth services through five divisions: Digital Marketing & Growth, Product Sourcing & Logistics, Media & Content Production, Startup & Brand Setup, and Web & E-Commerce. Information on the website is general. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract; any project is agreed separately in writing (for example a proposal or quotation), and that agreement governs the work.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you apply and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person only; do not share it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used to misuse the website.

Courses, batches and enrollment

• Our courses and training programs run in batches. Each program page shows the enrollment fee in Pakistani rupees, the requirements, and the batches with their dates, class times and seats.
• To enroll, you apply for an open batch, confirm your email, and pay the full enrollment fee by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa, then send us the transaction details and receipt.
• Sending a receipt does not confirm your place. Your enrollment is confirmed only when our team has checked that the full fee arrived in our account. If we cannot confirm a payment, we will tell you why so you can correct it.
• Seats are limited. A seat is reserved when your payment is verified, so a batch can fill up before your payment is checked. If that happens after you have paid, we will offer you a place in another batch of the same program.
• Once your enrollment is confirmed we create your student account and email you a link to set your password. We may reject or cancel an application, for example if the information given is incomplete or untrue.
• Fees are non-refundable once paid. See our Refund Policy.
• Classes are taught live online (Zoom or Google Meet). Class links and batch material are for you only: do not share them, and do not record, copy or redistribute classes or materials without our written permission.
• We may change a batch's schedule (for example for holidays), move you to another batch with your agreement, or withdraw you from a program if these Terms are broken. Changes are shown in your student portal and important changes are emailed.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch, we will offer you a place in another batch of the same program (see our Refund Policy).
• A certificate of completion confirms that our team marked you as having completed a program. It is not an accredited qualification. We may revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained by breaking these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
• try to access accounts, data or areas you are not allowed to
• interfere with the website's security or operation, or upload harmful code
• send spam or abusive messages through our forms or support requests

Intellectual property

The website, our courses, logos, text, images and videos belong to Digitals Minds or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission, except for viewing and personal learning as these Terms allow.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other services, such as Google sign-in, and Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams for live classes. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply, and we are not responsible for their availability.

No guarantee of results

Our content and courses are provided for education and general information. Business results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. The website is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Digitals Minds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Communications

We send service emails related to your application, enrollment, batch and account. We send newsletters only if you subscribe and confirm, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Changes and ending

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date shows when they last changed. You can stop using the website at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Faisalabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
